 一、竞赛日期及地点

2020年1月1日(星期三)在上汽国际赛车场举行

破2精英组发枪时间8:00,亲子组发枪时间10:15,竞速组及健康组发枪时间10:30

二、 比赛项目

(一)破2精英组(21.6公里,上汽国际赛车场四圈)

(二)21.6公里竞速组(21.6公里,上汽国际赛车场四圈)

(三)5.4公里健康组(5.4公里,上汽国际赛车场一圈)

(四)亲子组(上汽国际赛车场赛道体验跑3公里)

三、参赛名额和报名费

 (一)破2精英组2020人  报名费150元人民币/人

(二)21.6公里竞速组2000人  报名费150元人民币/人

 (三)5.4公里健康组5000人  报名费100元人民币/人

(四)亲子组400组/家庭  报名费100元人民币/人

注:每名参赛选手仅限报名一项参赛项目。

四、 竞赛办法

(一)采用中国田径协会审定的最新田径竞赛规则和本次赛事的竞赛规程。运动员参赛号码由组委会统一编发,所有参赛者需将参赛号码布(大)固定于身前正面位置,凡未按规定佩戴号码布、折叠或遮挡号码布,组委会有权取消其比赛资格;未按规定佩戴芯片,导致计时点未记录成绩者,将取消比赛成绩。

(二)所有参赛选手按竞赛项目在规定时间及区域进行检录集结,破2精英组检录时间为1月1日7:00至7:45,发枪时间为8:00,比赛采用一枪发令破2精英组所有选手一同起跑的办法,8:00未检录进入赛道的选手将无法参赛。

(三)亲子组检录时间为1月1日9:30至10:00,发枪时间为10:15,比赛采用一枪发令亲子组所有选手一同起跑的办法,10:15未检录进入亲子组起跑区的选手将无法参赛。

(四)21.6公里竞速组及5.4公里健康组检录时间为1月1日9:45至10:15,发枪时间为10:30,21.6公里竞速组及5.4公里健康组各项目方队在指定地点集合,21.6公里竞速组在前、5.4公里健康组在后,起跑时各项目方队之间间隔20米,比赛采用一枪发令所有选手一同起跑的办法,10:30未检录进入赛道的选手将无法参赛。

(五)破2精英组关门时间:为了保证参赛选手的安全和比赛的顺利进行,破2精英组比赛进行期间每圈均设关门时间。参赛选手未在每圈规定的关门时间跑完对应的距离请立即停止比赛,原地安全退出赛道或乘坐组委会安排的安全车离开赛道,以免发生危险。9:40起组委会将对未进行第四圈的参赛选手进行强制收容,以保证后续21.6公里竞速及5.4公里健康比赛的顺利进行,请各位参赛选手理解并配合,量力而行,安全完赛。破2精英组每圈关门时间见下表:

(六)21.6公里竞速组、5.4公里健康组及亲子组关门时间:参赛选手未在规定的关门时间跑完对应的距离须立即停止比赛,退出赛道。各项目关门时间见下表:

(七)名次录取方法:按计时芯片成绩录取名次。组委会为参加破2精英组和21.6公里竞速组项目的选手提供感应计时服务,途中设有计时感应带,选手在跑进过程中,必须通过所有的地面计时感应带,如缺少任何一个分段点的成绩,将取消该选手的全部比赛成绩。感应计时芯片为一次性芯片,在竞赛物品领取现场芯片与号码布同时发放,组委会不予回收。5.4公里健康组和亲子组项目不提供比赛计时服务。

(八)比赛现场为参赛者提供存衣服务。存衣袋外侧必须贴上与本人的参赛号码一致的小号码布,于比赛当天开始前存在相应的存放处。贵重物品不要存放在包内(如手机、有效证件、银行卡、现金、各种钥匙、电脑等),如发生损坏、遗失或安全事故,责任由参赛者承担,易燃易爆和违禁物品禁止存放在包内。选手可在比赛当日14:00前到指定存衣处领取个人存放物品。如超过领取时间没有领取的,组委会将按无人领取处理。

(九)饮料、饮水站

赛道中途距离起点2.5公里处设置一个补给站(提供水、功能饮料、补给食品),4.5公里处设置一个补水站(提供水)。

(十)组委会将对起点、全程路线和终点进行录像监控,出现以下违反比赛规定的参赛选手将被取消参赛成绩并报请上海市田径协会追加处罚:

1、虚假年龄报名或报名后由其他人员代跑;

2、一名运动员同时携带两枚或两枚以上芯片参加比赛(包括男选手携带女选手芯片);

3、不按规定的起跑顺序在非报名项目的起跑点起跑;

4、以接力方式完成比赛;

5、起跑有违反规则行为;

6、起点活动中不按规定时间出发抢跑或检录截止后仍未检录的选手;

7、关门时间到后不停止比赛,不退出赛道或退出比赛后又插入赛道;

8、没有沿规定路线跑完各个项目的全程,绕近道或途中插入;

9、不按规定要求重复通过终点、未跑完私自通过终点领取完赛物品、完赛奖牌;

10、未跑完全程私自通过终点领取完赛套包;

11、私自伪造号码布、利用其他赛事或往届蒸蒸日上迎新跑赛事号码布或未佩戴号码布或使用非本次比赛芯片通过终点领取完赛物品、完赛奖牌;

12、私自伪造、涂改、遮挡号码布参赛;

13、转让号码布及芯片;

14、不服从赛事工作人员指挥,干扰比赛有序运行,聚众闹事、打架斗殴;

15、其他违反规则规定的行为。

(十一)本次赛事禁止被列入中国田协马拉松选手禁赛名单的选手报名参赛。

(十二)组委会对伪造号码布蹭跑替跑的选手一经发现将通报批评,并报请上海市田径协会永久取消该选手在上海市所有路跑比赛参赛资格。

(十三)为保证比赛选手安全,赛道内禁止携带危险物品、任何大小的旗帜及旗杆、广告横幅、自拍杆、宠物、婴儿车、轮椅、平衡车、助动车等进入比赛赛道。

(十四)利用虚假信息、不正当手段获取参赛资格者、报名后转让号码布给他人者和无参赛资格者,比赛发生的一切后果责任自负。

五、参赛办法

(一)年龄要求

1、破2精英组项目年龄限18岁以上(2001年12月31日前出生),身体健康,坚持长跑锻炼;

2、21.6公里竞速组项目年龄限18岁以上(2001年12月31日前出生),身体健康,坚持长跑锻炼;

3、5.4公里健康组项目年龄限10岁以上(2009年12月31日前出生),身体健康者均可参加;

4、参加亲子组的儿童须5岁至10岁(2010年1月1日至2014年12月31日出生),须与父母(或至少一位家长/法定监护人2001年12月31日以前出生)共同报名参加,每组家庭最多可报4名参赛选手,至少含1名儿童1名成人,至多含2名儿童,身体健康者均可参加。

注:18周岁以下未成年人参赛,需由监护人或法定代理人同意参赛并签署参赛声明。

(二)健康要求

长跑是一项高负荷大强度长距离的竞技运动,也是一项高风险的竞技项目,对参赛选手身体状况有较高的要求,参赛选手应身体健康,有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练的基础。参赛选手应根据自己的身体状况和训练水平,选择破2精英组、竞速组、健康组或亲子组其中的一个项目报名参加。

有以下情况者不得参加本次比赛所设各项目比赛:

1、  先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;

2、  高血压和脑血管疾病患者;

3、  心肌炎和其它心脏病患者;

4、  冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者;

5、  血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者;

6、  妊娠;

7、  其他不适合运动的疾病患者。

在比赛中,因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失,由参赛选手个人承担责任。参赛选手应并结合自己的身体状况及训练水平进行自我评估,确保自身能够适应长跑运动方可报名参赛。参赛选手须本人签署参赛免责声明,未满18周岁选手须由监护人或法定代理人签署免责声明。

(三)参赛人数

破2精英组限报2020人,21.6公里竞速组限报2000人,5.4公里健康组限报5000人,亲子组限报400组家庭,各参赛项目报名额满为止。

(四)报名方式

报名者可通过蒸蒸日上迎新跑官方网站(www.runthetrack.com)报名系统进行报名,也可通过“蒸蒸日上”微信公众号在移动端进行报名。

报名期间,所有报名者须阅读并同意《竞赛规程》、《参赛声明》、《保险声明》、《风险提示》后按要求如实填写所有报名信息并提交,报名费用支付成功后,即完成相应报名流程。待报名工作截止后,选手可根据报名确认邮件查询竞赛物品领取相关流程及相关要求。

(五)报名时间

1、破2精英组预报名时间:2019年11月12日10:00—11月13日22:00

    预报名需提交成绩证书,成绩符合要求选手将通过抽签形式获得参赛名额,并在规定时间内支付报名费。

2、“五星跑者”直通报名时间:2019年11月19日10:00—11月19日22:00

3、21.6公里竞速、5.4公里健康报名时间:2019年11月20日10:00—11月30日22:00

4、亲子报名时间:2019年11月20日10:00—11月30日22:00

    21.6公里竞速组、5.4公里健康组及亲子组项目先报先得,各项目额满即止。

注:每名参赛选手仅限报名一项参赛项目。

(六)报名费

1、破2精英组项目150元人民币/人;21.6公里竞速组项目150元人民币/人;5.4公里健康组项目100元人民币/人;亲子组项目100元人民币/人。

2、报名完成以支付报名费成功为准。报名完成后,报名费用将不予返还,不得更改组别。

(八)竞赛物品

选手赛事包领取时间领取具体时间地点及所需材料将另行通知,请关注蒸蒸日上迎新跑官网或微信公众号、微博。

(九)参赛选手交通、食宿等费用自理。

六、奖励办法

(一)破2精英组项目奖项

1、破2精英组项目男女前三名按枪声成绩进行排名奖励;

2、21.6公里纪录奖:成功完赛并打破赛会纪录(只奖励第一名);

3、Suunto颂拓最快圈速奖:打破赛事最快圈速纪录的选手获得Suunto颂拓最快圈速纪录奖;

4、在2小时内跑完21.6公里的选手发给完赛奖牌和完赛物品,比赛成绩及成绩证书将于赛后在蒸蒸日上迎新跑赛事官网提供查询与下载;

5、所有参赛选手赛前均发破2精英组选手参赛T恤一件、参赛号码布一套、存衣包一个。

(二)21.6公里竞速组项目奖项

1、21.6公里竞速项目男女前三名按枪声成绩进行排名奖励;

2、在3小时内跑完21.6公里的选手发给完赛奖牌和完赛物品,比赛成绩及成绩证书将于赛后在蒸蒸日上迎新跑赛事官网提供查询与下载;

3、所有参赛选手赛前均发参赛T恤一件、参赛号码布一套、存衣包一个。

(三)5.4公里健康组项目奖项

1、在90分钟内跑完5.4公里的选手发给完赛奖牌和完赛物品,完赛证书将于赛后在蒸蒸日上迎新跑赛事官网提供查询与下载;

2、所有参赛选手赛前均发参赛T恤一件、参赛号码布一套、存衣包一个。

(四)亲子组项目奖项

1、在50分钟内完成亲子组的选手发给完赛奖牌和完赛物品,完赛证书将于赛后在蒸蒸日上迎新跑赛事官网提供查询与下载;

2、所有参赛选手赛前均发参赛T恤一件、参赛号码布一套、存衣包一个。

七、医疗救护

(一)赛道设固定医疗点,医疗点有明显标识,组委会将在赛道沿线安排志愿者和工作人员,协助医疗救护、维护比赛秩序,参赛选手有问题可随时求助。

(二)组委会将沿赛道布置医疗救护车,及时处理紧急医疗情况。

(三)为了保障参赛者的生命安全,经组委会授权的赛事裁判和工作人员对明显不能继续进行比赛的参赛者,有权终止其比赛。

八、保险

(一)本次比赛为所有参赛选手和工作人员提供保险,保单以报名信息为准,信息有误导致无法投保的,比赛中发生的后果责任自负。替跑、蹭跑、倒卖以及使用非本届赛事号码布的违规者均无法获得保险资格。

(二)参赛选手因身体状况需要而继续接受的非比赛中以及非急救性质的医务治疗所产生的相关费用,均由参赛选手自行与医院结算,后与保险公司协商按程序进行理赔。

2020 Run The Track Rules of Participation

I. Event Date & Location

Date: Wednesday, January 1, 2020 (8:00 a.m.)

Location: SAIC International Circuit

Start Time: Elite Run starts at 08:00, Kids Run starts at 10:15, 4 Laps Run and 1 Lap Fun Run starts at 10:30

 

II. Event Category

(1)   Elite Run (21.6 KM, 4 laps of SAIC International Circuit)

(2)   4 Laps Run (21.6 KM, 4 laps of SAIC International Circuit)

(3)   1 Lap Fun Run (5.4 KM, 1 lap of SAIC International Circuit)

(4)   Kids Run (3KM Fun Run at SAIC International Circuit)

 

III. Entry Quota and Registration Fee

(1)   Elite Run is opened to 2,020 participants, registration fee is RMB 150 Yuan per person

(2)   4 Laps Run is opened to 2,000 participants, registration fee is RMB 150 Yuan per person

(3)   1 Lap Fun Run is opened to 5,000 participants, registration fee is RMB 100 Yuan per person

(4)   Kids Run is opened to 400 groups of families, registration fee is RMB 100 Yuan per person

Note: each participant is limited to one event category.

 

IV. Competition Rules

(1)    Subject to the latest competition rules approved by the Chinese Athletics Association. Runner’s bib numbers will be arranged and distributed by Run The Track Organizing Committee. All the participants should put the bib number on the front of their body. For anyone who does not wear, folds or blocks the bib number, the Organizing Committee is entitled to cancel their participation; for anyone whose result is not recorded due to improperly wearing the race bib, their results will be considered invalid.

 

(2)    All participants shall conduct the inspection and assembly in the specified time and area. Race check-in time for Elite Run will start from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on January 1st, 2020; The check-in time for Kids Run will start from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., 4 Laps Run and 1 Lap Run will start from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on January 1st, 2020.

 

(3)    Start Order: The Elite Run will start at 8:00 a.m., Kids Run will start at 10:15 a.m., then the race start will be arranged in the order of 21.6KM 4 Laps Run and 5.4KM 1 Lap Fun Run, start at 10:30, participants from each category shall gather at the designated place; each category will be separated by 20 meters and start together after the race started.

 

(4)    Cut-off Time:

For Elite Run, there’s cut-off time for each lap, participants must stop the race and exit the circuit immediately if they do not finish the race within the lap cut-off time. The Elite Run cut-off time for each lap is as below:

For 4 Laps Run, 1 Lap Run and Kids Run, participants must stop the race and exit the circuit immediately if they do not finish the race within the cut-off time. The Cut-off time of these categories is as below:

(5)    Rankings: Participant’s ranking will be recorded according to the timing chip. The organizing committee provides the timing service for the Elite Run and 21.6KM 4 Laps Run participants. During the race, participants from these two categories must pass all the timing area to make sure their race time will be correctly recorded. The timing chip is disposable, which will be distributed at the Race Packet Pick-up. The organizing committee will not recycle the chip after the event. There won’t be timing service provided for the 5.4KM 1 Lap Fun Run or Kids Run.

 

(6)    The race packet deposit service will be provided for all participants on the race day. The smaller size of bib must be affixed to the outside of the race packet. Valuables should not be stored in the race packet (such as mobile phone, photo ID, bank card, cash, keys, computer, etc.). In case of damage, loss or safety accident, the responsibility shall be borne by the participants. Inflammable, explosive and prohibited items shall not be stored in the race packet. Participants may pick up the deposited race packet before 14:00. If the race packet wasn’t picked up within the time, the packet will be treated as unclaimed.

 

(7)    Energy Drinks and Water Station

A supply station (water, energy drinks and food supplies) will be set 2.5 KM away from the race start, and a water station (water is provided) is set at 4.5 KM at the circuit.

 

(8)    Participants with the following behaviors will be disqualified.

a.     Age falsification or bib swapping.

b.     Wearing others’ timing chips (including male athletes wearing female athletes’ timing chips), or wearing more than one timing chip in the race.

c.     Ignoring the start sequence and starting in wrong corrals.

d.     Finish the race by relay.

e.     Starting ahead of the regulated start time, or insist to run after the check-in cutoff.

f.      Refusing to stop running after missing cutoff time or returning to the course after withdrawing from the race.

g.     Not following the regulated course to complete the whole race; taking shortcuts or adoptions of any means of transportation.

h.     Counterfeiting bib numbers; multiple persons running in turn with one bib number.

i.      Refusing to follow directions of the race staff; interfering with the proceeding of the race; gathering around and making troubles.

j.      Entering the course with Inflammable, explosive and prohibited items, any size of flags and flagpoles, banners, pets, roller skates or other roller skating gears.

k.     Other behaviors violating the race regulations.

In the case of enrollment with false information or bib transfer, once caught and confirmed by the race committee, it will be the persons concerned who take all the consequences. In addition, both the transferrer and the transferee will be banned from Run The Track for life.

 

V. Participation Requirements

(1) Age Requirement

1.     Elite Run participants must be at least 18 years old (born before December 31, 2001), in good health to take part in the race.

2.     4 Laps Run participants must be at least 18 years old (born before December 31, 2001), in good health to take part in the race.

3.     1 Lap Fun Run participants must be at least 10 years old (born before December 31, 2009).

4.     The kids took part in the Kids Run must be aged from 5 to 10 (born between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2014), with parents (or at least one parent/legal guardian born before December 31, 2001) registered together as a group, each group should register up to 4 members, containing at least 1 kid and 1 adult, and up to 2 kids and 2 adults.

Note: Adolescent participants under 18 years old can only register for the race with a statement signed by their guardians or legal representatives.

 

(2) Health Requirements

Long distance running is an athletic sport of high intensity and great demand of endurance over a long distance which involves a degree of risk. As it raises high demand on the physical condition, participants are expected to have good health and some running or training experience. Participants may choose categories according to their own physical conditions and actual abilities.

 

Participants with symptoms of the following conditions are not to take part in the event:

1.     Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2.     Hyper tension and cardio-vascular disease;

3.     Myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4.     Coronary artery disease and serious cardiac arrhythmia;

5.     Hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia diabetics;

6.     Patients of other diseases unfit for sports.

 

All participants shall be liable for personal injury and property loss caused by personal health condition or other personal reasons during the event. Before the entry, participants are required to have physical check-up (including electrocardiographic examination) in qualified medical institutions, and make a self-evaluation to confirm if the physical condition is suitable for the event of their choice.

 

(3) Number of Participants

1.     Elite Run: 2,020;

2.     4 Laps Run: 2,000;

3.     1 Lap Fun Run: 5,000;

4.     Kids Run: 400 groups of families.

 

(4) Registration Method

Runners could register the race through the race official website: www.runthetrack.com, or through race official WeChat "蒸蒸日上".

During the registration, all registrants should read and agree to the race waiver, and input all personal information before the submission. The registration will be completed once the payment done. Registered participants can check the requirements and procedures of race packet pickup after the race organizing committee informed.

 

(5) Registration Time

1.      Elite Run will carry a lottery system, the pre-registration requires registrant submit a valid results certificate, race spot will be randomly assigned to whom meets the qualification, registration fee needs to be paid within the designated time once received the race spot notice. Pre-registration time will start from 10:00, November 12 to 22:00, November 13.

2.      “Five-star Runner” registration is on an invitation basis, the registration time will start from 10:00, November 19 to 22:00, November 19.

3.      4 Laps Run, 1 Lap Run and Kids Run registration is on a first-come, first-serviced basis, start from 10:00 November 20 to 22:00 November 30, the registration will be closed once the category is full.

 

(6) Registration Fee

1.      RMB 150 Yuan per person for Elite Run and 4 Laps Run; RMB 100 Yuan per person for 1 Lap Fun Run and Kids Run.

2.      The registration fee won’t be refunded once the registration completed, and registered category is not allowed to be changed.

 

(7) Race Packet Pick-up

Time and location for the race packet pick-up is TBD. The details of race packet pick-up will be notified via email, website and WeChat once details are confirmed.

 

VI. Awards

(1) Elite Run Awards

1.     Top 3 ranking finishers will be awarded.

2.     Finisher who broke 21.6KM record will be awarded. (Only the fastest one will be awarded)

3.     Suunto Lap Record. (Only the fastest lap record will be awarded)

4.     Participants finish Elite Run under 2 hours will receive a finisher bag and a race medal. Finisher certificate can be downloaded from race website within 1 week after the race.

5.     All participants receive a Salomon tech tee, race bib, and a race bag.

 (2) 4 Laps Fun Run Awards

1.     Top 3 ranking finishers will be awarded.

2.     Participants finish 4 Laps Run under 3 hours will receive a finisher bag and a race medal. Finisher certificate can be downloaded from race website within 1 week after the race.

3.     All participants receive a Salomon tech tee, race bib, and a race bag.

 (3) 1 Lap Run Awards

1.     Participants finish 1 Lap Fun Run under 90 minutes will receive a finisher bag and a race medal. Finisher certificate can be downloaded from race website within 1 week after the race.

2.     All participants receive a Salomon tech tee, race bib, and a race bag.

 (4) Kids Run Awards

3.     Participants finish 3KM Kids Run under 50 minutes will receive a finisher bag and a race medal. Finisher certificate can be downloaded from race website within 1 week after the race.

4.     All participants receive a Salomon tech tee, race bib, and a race bag.

 

VII. Medical Care

(1)   Medical aid stations will be set up along the circuit. Distinct signs will be put up at each medical aid station. The race committee will also arrange for volunteers and staff at every medical aid station and water station to assist with the medical care and to maintain the race order. Medical volunteers are available at every certain distance along the course. Participants can turn to any of them for help for any problems.

(2)   Staff and judges authorized by the race committee have the right to stop participants who are evidently not in suitable conditions to run from keeping on racing in consideration of their life safety.

 

VIII. Race Insurance

(1)   The race committee will purchase personal accident insurances for all participants and staff. If the insurances cannot be purchased or are invalidated due to incomplete or false information provided by the participants, it shall be the participants who take the responsibility.

(2)   The race committee will provide free field first aid during the race, but all costs generated in the hospital shall be borne by participants themselves.
